Dan Galea is a Toronto-based producer, writer and comedian, and the founder of DGSPECIAL PRODUCTIONS. He teaches stand-up at Comedy Bar and was a founding member of the award-winning sketch troupe The Sketchersons.

His musical comedy album, Inter-Dan-Mensional, was produced by Scott Thompson of The Kids in the Hall. His short film Being Andy Serkis won a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Short.

Dan produces shows including Stand Up Night in Canada, All Good Comedy, Bloomin Funyuns and The 5 O’Clock Laughing Stock, as well as backyard shows and music and comedy on the river.

His screen appearances include The Kids in the Hall reboot, Baroness von Sketch, Odd Squad, Gen V, Rookie Blue, Private Eyes and Law & Order Toronto.
